| I just wanted to thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to us while purchasing our condo in Cathedral City. I have been a homeowner for 8 years in New Jersey and have never had such a detail oriented agent to work with as I had with you. As you know our experience with attempting to purchase in Cathedral City originally was with another agent. We flew out specifically to meet with this Agent who will remain nameless and to look at listings. He was disinterested, non responsive with questions, and had very little knowledge of the property and the status of the property. We worked with this person for over a year and were not able to find anything suitable for us. Dissatisfied we thought that owning in California would never happen.
What a breath of fresh air it was when we started working you. Not only did we feel comfortabel enough right from the beginning with you but we purchased and closed on our unit site unseen. No regrets, you took pictures, made appointments, and provided all the details of the unit so that we were aware of what we were getting ourselves into. You sent us selections on insurance, inspection, and mortgage agents to work with and also kept in constant communication with them and us every step of the way.
Your assistance in finding the right place allows us to enjoy the condo for vacation and also collect seasonal rental to cover the condo’s expence.
